Somehow I’ve made a career out of interviewing people at incredible design orgs like Airbnb and Ramp but here’s the thing…

I’ve never worked in a design culture like that 😅

That means most of my design process happens async and the majority of the feedback I receive is scattered in Slack threads and Loom comments.

I’m convinced there’s a better way.

So behind-the-scenes I’m building an async CRIT product that makes it easy and fun to get quality feedback from your team:

1. Share whatever you’re designing
2. Record a video walkthrough
3. Get specific (video) feedback in return

It’s called Inflight and it’s going live in 2025 🛫
